Behaviour Analysis

Unlock Positive Change, One Behaviour at a Time
At Kidsmith, we specialize in using evidence-based strategies to understand and improve behaviour. Our Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) works to identify challenges and implement effective solutions that drive positive, lasting change.
What is Behaviour Analysis?
Behavior analysis is the scientific study of behaviour and how it is affected by the environment. Our RBA uses applied behaviour analysis (ABA) techniques to create positive, supportive learning experiences that help children build new skills, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of behaviour analysis services tailored to meet your specific needs:
1. Individualized Behaviour Therapy
We create personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents, with various behavioural concerns, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Anxiety and stress-related behaviors
- Social skills development
- Communication difficulties
2. Early Intervention for Autistic Children
Our RBA is certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based, naturalistic approach designed to promote developmental progress in young children, particularly in the areas of communication, social skills, and behaviour.
3. Parent Coaching & Support
We understand that family support is critical to success. Parent coaching is integrated into our individualized therapy plans to provide the tools and strategies that help manage and support behaviours effectively and promote positive outcomes at home and in the community.
4. Educational Support
We collaborate with both public and private schools along with other educational institutions to support students with behavioural challenges, enhance learning environments, and develop individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).
5. Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA)
A comprehensive assessment to understand the underlying causes of challenging behaviour. The FBA helps us identify triggers, reinforcers, and possible interventions to reduce problem behaviors effectively.
